What if I decide I don’t want to change my flights?
Your changes aren't complete until you've entered your credit card information and confirmed the change. Until then, you can start over or exit without changing your existing reservation. During the change process, each page includes a 'Nevermind, take me back' link at the bottom so you can return to your trip page and review your reservation or start over.
On the Low Fare Finder, what do the prices represent?
If you select 'Search by price – My travel dates are flexible,' you’ll see the Low Fare Finder page. The prices on the Low Fare Finder table show the difference between the old ticket and the new ticket, including a change fee (if applicable). These amounts are per person (for the highest priced passenger in the itinerary) and include all taxes, fees and surcharges.
Why are there two different amounts on the build itinerary page (in the 'summary' module)?
The 'new ticket' amount is the total (the sum of the selected flights). The 'you owe' amount is the difference between the old ticket and the new ticket, including a change fee (if applicable). These amounts are per person (for the highest priced passenger in the itinerary) and include all taxes, fees and surcharges.
How do I find more details about the prices?
Click on any price (or word) that's underlined and you'll see a popover with more details.
